Two and a Half Weeks!

Packing is done!  Last minute personal packing taking place.  Last minute dubu making also going on.  Prayer chain taking shape... as are the butterflies... and the itinerary in hand! 

How exciting is this?!!?!!

"Father God, please watch over this team.  Walk with their every step, wherever they go, whatever they do.  Keep them from harm, keep them safe from satan's attacks.  Please keep them from getting sick, and keep their spirits high.  Remind them WHO they are in You... Your child, stepping out in faith, stepping out of their comfort zone to bless another.  Let them grow together, let them grow closer to you.  Protect their hearts, Lord... and let the fun begin!  In Jesus' sweet name, we pray. Amen"

Our PACKING meeting ~ 1pm

o What you will NOT bring to packing day is
Carry on s/b 15lbs - pack what you need in Dubai
• No sharps, or liquids over 3oz
... • You will need to fill out a Content sheet for your carry on and have it in the carry on bag

o May 19 -DO bring your other bag packed (25 lbs. or less)
Do bring 3 TSA locks and 3 luggage tags
On luggage tags use ECF office address
Fill out content sheet at home (Bag Numbers will be added at meeting)
Bring lightweight – travel worthy bags to hold 50lbs
Leave in Kenya if you don’t want them
We have some duffles that must be returned to CMIA in USA
o At Meeting we will sort items for packing
o Then weigh personal bags
add supplies to bags under 50lbs
take home overages- not needed
complete bag content sheet (stick to outside of bag temporarily)
Add ID page (stick to outside of bag temporarily)
o Get another bag and fill it, weigh it,
Fill out bag content sheet (stick to outside of bag temporarily)
Add ID page (stick to outside of bag temporarily)
o Continue until all bags are filled
o When bags are all filled – we will give you numbers
Add number to content sheet
Make a copy of content sheet
1 copy goes in bag with ID sheet: 1 goes to Debbi for Pkg Worksheet and Master list
o We can store bags at church office - will be picked up prior to going airport.
